"I used to think that working out was for my physical health like I would you know go to a yoga class or Pilates and I'd be looking at my like abs in the mirror the whole time," she says. "When I stopped looking at the physical elements at all because you're not going to get those right away anyway." Her kids just stood yoga under a pull-out but together three of them it's an amazing healthy part of their lives, he adds.
