Fitness is a life style and an o identity. When you start to do anything every day, even a litle bhut, it becomes part of who i am. I was not supposed to get into great shape at fifth. At forty nine, i was 200, forty three pounds,. borderline diabetic, hypertensive k and had a fatty liver. Well, at 60, i'm in the best shape of my entire life.
