Design Jobs

With all the layoffs recently I just feel like there is so much more competition for design jobs quite frankly it must be a really tough time to enter. knowledge of design used to be a competitive advantage so as a designer it was easy to stand out as well mm-hmm these days ass tooling has gotten better to make the craft side easier in a way. People seem to want to put more effort into helping them land a new role rather than everyone else that's also experiencing these layoffs at these lesser-known companies.
