i almost don't know where to begin, because there are so many things that, you knowwe in common as far as interests. But i want to start with a really broad question, which is, what do you believe to day that you did not believe four or five years ago? Probably the biggest thing that has changed in what i now believe bhat i didn't four or 5 years ago, even more,. Is that one of the major moalities for increasing health span and delaying onset of age related diseases would be caloric restriction - eating 30% less food than normal.
