The Hatch Act and the Office of Special Counsel

The office of special counsel found that the White House press secretary violated the Hatch Act when referring to MAGA Republicans. Mark O'Mara: Is it worth my time to care about the fact that the White house, we're just not doing the Hatch Act anymore? He says some of these Hatch Act enforcer types kind of strike him like Toby Flenderson from the office. "I think part of the problem is it's a camel's nose on your tent kind of argument," he adds.
