The Number of Basic Concepts Required to Express a Theory
The number of basic concepts required to express a theory, or anything at all, depends on our language. You can use a single word lance to talk about me, to say, lance boiled water to make tea. Andi turns out that there's infinitely many hypotheses that will account for that data. I guess in short, my issue is, doesn't this make whether or not an explanation is good or not super relative to the language we have?
