The on boarding process has to be strong, making sure those new urss have a good experience. You take a level op from there, which is, you know, when they cllickd it down with the product,. We want to make sure that we find those users that know what they're getting into. And then above that, sure they're on boarding is elegant and gets them engaged and they understand how to use the yap.
