How to Prophesy Orderly

Paul has no vision for when the spirit of God brings prophecy that it's like your eyes roll back in your head and you stand up. Paul says the gathering is a place of order and decency, of peace. And so really simply it's like when and how can I prophesize? Just think about just set aside the spirit given nature of it.
