How to Make Non-Alcoholic Beer
There are a couple of different mash methods that you can use to make non alcoholic beer, and we can start with the cold mash method. Cold mashing is also known as non enzymatic mashing or the NEM method. You just take in water out of the tap or wherever your brewing water is and you're just soaking the grains for a period of time to extract those free sugars. Those free sugars will ferment down to about zero to a half a percent and boom, you've got a non-alcoholic beer. There's less alcohol in it than there is in your cough medicine.
