How to Step Out of Your Comfort Zone
The next one is letting go of so much control and appreciating all that you already have I think this relates a lot to just gratitude and focusing on gratitude we don't understand how powerful being grateful is until we sit and be grateful. The last one is changing up your routine and letting go of what won't serve you by changing my routine now I'm doing things for myself like working on somewhat of a morning routine. It's been really nice to have just this this ever-growing list on my phone because whenever I do remember to like write down things I'm grateful for I just go and I do it and it's freaking awesome.
