If you wake up fat, the first thing to do is figure out what the hell happened. The problem that I'm trying to highlight here is only happens in a 10 year window or 30 years. Once the body becomes fat hoarding, that's metabolic, that's hormonal and that's just about every system in your body. And then boom, one day you woke up fat.
