There is a whole set of techniques which does exactly what you do. What i am talking about is at least two traditions i know ther have whole sets of techniques to do that. One is kashmirishavism, in the text called viganabharava, a hundred and 12 techniques are there. But then they ou you can't keep putting people into accidents in the hope they'll get enlightened. No. It could be by an accident, it could be by a meditative technique, consciousness is still the same. Once you see that, you will see your feelings also will fall into line. The other way round, using our feelings to understandt what we truly are
