The Challenge of System Level Change
I am an advocate for system level change I think that is the answer to a lot of our challenges nowadays so also companies that are really have this really strict order and hierarchy I would wish them a little bit more chaos. And then last but not least because I really feel that's a task of organizations and corporates is closing the knowledge gap. We need problem solving being at the heart of everything and democratizing information I think.
