I think what helped me a lot was the fact that my nurse, my nurses and the people in the clinic were very chill and really friendly. And they made it seem like it was not a big deal. People do this all the time, honestly. It's anywhere on your belly. Just don't do it in your belly, but, ah, you know. I'm mentally prepared for it, because i had started researching,. remember, like, thinking about this, like, a year ahead. A couple o months ahead, i wask, already mentally prepared, like, i'm going to be having to give myself shots. The highest concern is the cause and the shot process.
