The History of Freeze Dried Food

The Incans took three kids up to the top of a mountain in Argentina and freeze dried them. They were able to do stable isotope stuff off their bodies so they could eat root vegetables or whole lives for months at a time. The water inside the food goes from a frozen to gash estate it quits it skips the liquid state. But you can't make a freeze dried hamburger because think about the rehydration process.
