The Importance of Confidence in Etsy
When cases get referred to Etsy, which I love the confidence with which you say, and I would ask them to escalate it to Etsy. To be honest, I thought Etsy would tell him to stop bugging me because he really didn't do the right to ask me for a refund. So that question I thought maybe Etsy would just say, no, stop. But they gave him his money back. It's funny. We're also scared like, oh, no, what's going to happen to us?
