The Arrest of a Suspect in a Car Crash in Pennsylvania
At 130 this morning, they made that arrest. They brought him here to the Monroe County Correctional Facility. He had a court proceeding early today. No bail at all. The next proceeding will be on Tuesday. And so at this point, we don't know when he could be extradited to Idaho,. No, it's really in his hands because if he waves extradition at this hearing on Tuesday, then as soon as they are able to get him there, they will.
