The Basics of Sleep Physiology

Insomnia disorder is a condition that has a nighttime symptom. A problem falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early. The symptoms shouldn't be better accounted for by another condition or a substance. There are no other substances that could be causing the disorder or coexisting mental health disorders.
