Getting to the root cause is absolutely critical. If you can take melatonin before bed, melatonin has been shown to help in terms of acid reflux as well. There are easy things to do, like drinking some liquid magnesium. But I would say, hey, let's go and find the root cause. And so that's where I'd always like to work.
