I think a lot of people have argued that the stimulating reps model is invalid because fatigue will reduce mechanical tension over the course of the set. And it can do, if there's a lot of calcium armoryweight fatigue, it can reduce mechanical tension. There were two or three criticisms in the article that I'd be happy to talk about, although they're probably gonna go way beyond the level of physiology we want to cover on this podcast. But ultimately the fatigue one, I think is the only real one that's worth kind of digging into seriously.
