Some of China's slower growth rates is because it's policies. And so those are uniquely China, but there are definitely the other headwinds. It also depends where you're at in that sort of development cycle. Even Shanghai is 11,000 US per capita on average; who knows about India? The possibility of opening up alternative markets really is dependent not just on China's performance, but on the relative performance of everyone else we trade with.
