How to Balance a Load of Information About Strength and Conditioning

The more explicit information that I give someone the more that can cause reinvestment and that can cause a breakdown of skill. In my view the question of the role of cognition in learning and development fundamentally shapes your practice. If you're going to meet the needs of learners then I think you need to have a view on what you are trying to get them to engage with as in how you try to shape their learning experience. There's no reason why you can't go from the explicit to the implicit which is raised conscious awareness because let's say you're a golfer and you'd rather be thinking about this way than not.
