Is There a Difference Between Places and People?
One of the biggest challenges of the energy transition is that, you know, where fossil fuels are produced and consumed in industrial quantities, they're often quite rural. So im just curious if you could say a little bit more about the mix of policies that the federal government should consider when we think about supporting places. And then imagine more targeted block grants to areas where long term job loss is a present problem or a likely future problem.
