Is the General Medical Council a Good Medical Body?

The dermatology world is not one I know that well. For me, it would be more kind of fitness and perhaps a bit of diet and nutrition. Those are the things I tend to follow where again, there's a lot of undisclosed advertising as well as misinformation. So unfortunately, perhaps I'm a little jaded in cynical when doctors are doing this kind of stuff. But my assumption is most of the time they know exactly what they're doing. And I think pleading ignorance is probably quite uncommon.
