The challenging thing for me, i would say, the one i've had to work on is warmth am. Even though i'm excitable and like, fun and positive, for instance, i had a team meeting where i was got in and it was on zoom, and i was like, all right, let's get go. I also think that you can add structure. So if you're a highly competent person who struggles with warmth, and i actually do think that's most people who are listening right now,. This is most common with successful professionals. And they have the exact same thing, where we an agenda. We want to get it done right?
