I think the idea is that first gain the ability to look at the three characteristics of existence, or the three marks of existence, as they're also called. Once you're able to do that reliably, then you can traverse backwards causality on individual stories. So basically, and then once you do this on one story, it can actually kind of dismantle classes of stories. I'm not saying that that knowledge alone can fix it, but then it does open up this space for practice where I can then examine it and then, and spot it sooner on.
