How to Get More Protein in Your Diet

Are you getting enough protein in your diet? Not only are your muscles mainly comprised of protein but so are your connective tissues. If you're a smaller climber you might consume 80 grams of protein per day and get by. I think 100 grams is a better number for the average climber. To some degree this is a function of body weight but also of age and the types of training that you're doing.
