Is There a Crisis in Cosmology?
When I was coming of age, we didn't know the size of the universe to within a factor of two. We are now arguing over a 10% difference between two numbers. And so it's called a crisis in cosmology. Crisis, I think, overstates it. It's an unsolved problem. Right. Every unsolved problem is not a crisis. Exactly. So there's the answer. Somebody is wrong.
