A, i'll say a couple of things. I do have a daily mindfulness practice, and for me, that looks like a formal meditation. And i think being willing in the moment to low myself has been crucial for my mental health. It has given me the confidence that i can tolerate my emotions without resorting to ineffective means to escape them. A, one, if in addition to mindfulness or current emotions, i could ask every one of my clients, and this goes for myself, as well, sleep hygene and proper sleep. We know that lack of sleep, poor sleep, has huge, huge, huge mental health and physical health consequences. So that that's high up there
