The Growth Circle
Sociocracy, action and retro are like learning how to ride and steer the bike. If you did one without the other, you'd be in trouble, right? Yeah. So we have a growth circle at the ready. That is responsible for growing the company. We were bumping up against last year was projects coming in and us not having a project steward ready to grab them. And so what that turned into was a couple of things. One is from a strategy perspective, a whole bunch of work shook out about how we might get people ready to steward.
