The Importance of Diversity in the Workplace
A Harvard Business Review study that followed more than 800 companies for 30 years found that there was no meaningful benefit to having large-scale diversity programs in your company. A lot of companies are folding in like DEI efforts into larger HR roles, which I think makes more sense rather than having one specific person. When people don't feel like the process is fair, then people revolt.
