The Importance of Ethical Standards for AI
John Defterios: There is significant destructive potential from a social perspective. He says it's important to try to anticipate the dangers and not regulate, but come up with ethical standards. The idea that we can't in any way constrain the Chinese is wrong, he adds. But if we don't create international conventions, then we have absolutely no chance of constraining them - defterios.
