Scrabble - Is There a Valid Answer?
In the game of Scrabble, there is a list. There's an official list of what words are valid and it's a book. So you're continually getting a new tray of tiles. That word list over the course of a game is never going to change. You could make this into a class, for example, where the word list gets passed into the constructor. And then the, and then the function only takes the tiles.
