The Concept of Photosynthesis and Carbon Dioxide Sequestering

Fusion power reactors produce no waste, except for maybe helium gas which floats harmlessly off the atmosphere. We already have a means of producing electricity at scale with next to zero carbon dioxide omissions - and this could also be connected to carbon dioxide sequestering technology. This whole process is like a natural example of la chatelier's principle. Increase the carmndo oxide in the atmosphere, the amount of plant life on earth increases. And why no one takes the notion of planting trees, or even the notion that as concentration of carbon dioxide rises in the atmosphere?
