How to Influence the Choice Your Buyers Make

Sellers who believe that their job is to persuade buyers to purchase their products or services are selling drills. Sellers who help their buyers identify the problems they need to solve and define their options for achieving their desired outcomes are selling holes. There's a great quote on page 53 where you write, sellers  are not trying to persuade someone to come across to your point of view. What your tyn o do as you'r trying to listen d understand what's most important to them. And in the process of helping them get those things are important to them, you're influencing the choices and trade offs they make.
