The Pandemic and Your Decision to Work Outside Hier Head?

During the pandemic, our office was able to really work and be productive in a virtual capacity. So when we were told to kind of go back in person, and it was konded like a hard bikeon on this state wereit wereit werelike starting new roles. And i got so used to being in this remote work world that it actually opened up a lot of areas in my life that i didn't think we're that important until they became important. The other side of it, too, is there wasn't an opportunity for more reward at higher education. Like one person can get a raise over another; everybody gets a raise. It just mattered how you did your job
