Not least the Bunga Bunga sex parties, accusations and an overturned conviction of sex with an underage prostitute. He made himself so much a part of Italy, from media baron to longest serving Prime Minister to football club owner. And above all, a fighter of his enemies, real and perceived, of endless allegations of dodgy dealings of the court proceedings.
