Is Stability the Limiting Factor?
Stability is not the stability that most people think about as they hear stability. It's e the stability within the dynamic system. So for example, a movement pattern can't be stable or not. We always move from a stable state to another stable state. And there's nothing in between. Like in between there's a highly unstable space. That's also why speed walking is the most silly, stupid thing there is. Because your energy level shoot up.
