Sergio: I think there's a lot of obviously of very valid pearls very actionable items for our clinicians who are listening to the podcast to take to the bedside. We should avoid altogether eliminate IV therapy you know so people who just because their blood pressure is now 200 over 120 the answer to that is not to give IV hydralicine or IV libidyl or whatever drug you choose, but adjust the long acting drugs.
