You're Teaching Coach - How Can We Apply These Lessons to Faculty Development?
I've noticed that many of you, for example, have started creating video lessons that are sometimes less than five minutes. And so my question that I started asking myself is like, how can we apply these shorter, more focused lessons to faculty development? Why does it always have to be a one hour workshop in the middle of the work day? Or why does it have to be two hour keynote or a half day retreat? So I've tried to follow your lead here and create shorter, morefocused lessons in all of my programs too. Now this is my first foray into micro teaching and micro learning.
