The Importance of Cover Art

The freelance cover gig is basically a freelance job for a countable cover or book cover and gig obviously. And it often pays way better than doing a page inside the book, which I guess makes sense because the cover is selling the book. But you know, the story doesn't get read unless somebody picks that book up for the first time. So we could argue that the cover is the most important part. Yeah. Thanks for breaking that down so that I'm smarter and hopefully somebody else is more clear now.
