Is Volume the Way to Determine Strength?
I think, after after speaking with with spencer arnold, he convinced me that, especially women, respond better to volume than they do intensity. So 90, 90 % for doubles, yit isnt where velocity becomes more important. Velocity is the way to determine te y of multiple repetitions, right? Some people need, like i have one of my super he needs heavier, he needs heavier touches on squats in order for him to maintain his strength. I meanuu you can't put square pegs in round holes and expect eo work il. But that's kind of how i figure the leading up to i've plenty of other questions, but i'll save those for
