Over time, that dampens down and you start to become over a couple of minutes, a little bit desensitized to that hypoxemic stimuli. And some of that sympathetic nervous system rax, back and you probably become a little bit more tolerant. So often these patients are presenting with room air saturations around 85 or even sometimes in extremes and they are acyptonic. Mike, do you have any questions for Mike?
