Lightning - Is There a Niche in the Bitcoin Ecosystem?
If Bitcoin's worth a trillion dollars, and it's only held by 5,000 people, it's still not very interesting for a merchant. So I like the idea of using lightning as a way to do distribution of bitcoin. You could get small amounts say, you could get a thousand or 10,000 satoshis and still be able to meaningfully transfer that. There was a really cool poster at one stage where there were all sorts of people drawing on this sort of internet billboard with pictures of Satoshi. And so you create almost a social network of people who are creating value being transferred via lightning. That's something I think would really be cool if someone built that onLightning Network
