The hughes lomar explorer was built by a company called global marine. The claw descends three miles to the bottom of the ocean where the sub is. They actually could watch as the claw wrapped its mas i claw hand around this sub and began to pull it back up. We were beginning to feel some cautious optimism that we might just pull this thing off after all.
