The Extrinsic Motivator
When we look at extrinsic motivations, are ultimately things that are outside of our control to a very large degree. A real competitor wants the in that if that was the case, you would want hope and pray that your competition stumble falls. The people that are doing the thingwith teir heart on fire are going to get the side effect. They're going to get on to the podium. But when we chase the extrinsic, we may miss the thing that truly is going to evolve us as an species. It's one ost the sayingi don't ask what the world needs. Do what sets your heart on fire.
