How to Be More Confident When You're Going to Be Speaking Chinese
John: There are three types of strategies for better listening comprehension. One is the cognitive strategies, bottom up, top down and meta cognitive strategies. John: You do need to have vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation in order to understand what's coming out of people's mouths. And once again, i go, mindfulness. It's part of this too. Sometimes we just really lack the confidence. Have a little faith in your studies, your skills, the training, the time you put in.
