How to Manage Your Construction Remotely
We find agents that are local, and for shopping for houses, they'll do like video walkthroughs or FaceTime or send us that all remotely. And we did a house in our contract before we even see it in person. So I usually fly out during that, and then I also fly out when it's in a construction about once a month to check up on the construction process. But we use like general contractors boots on the ground to actually manage the subcontractors and everything. It comes down to finding good people. We've had a few headaches with contractors in the past, and so we've learned too, you don't necessarily always want to go to keep this person.
