Standardization in the Design Industry

I think that our industry would benefit a lot from having some sort of standardization on how do we identify those roles for example there is an equality in salaries for your designers depending when you are. I felt like maybe we can even ask ourselves so to identify at which stage you are maybe we can ask ourselves what's my experience and what's the impact that I was bringing before in the company or in the product I was working on. Your experience is definitely not measured in years but one year if it was full of challenges and growing opportunities who would really qualify for five years? If you're not doing new things in their career and not challenging themselves enough to grow then  years are not important
