The Importance of Cohesion in the Workplace

In the last few years, we've seen in the top of my head, I can think of maybe four, five, you know, open letters from anonymous employees and they're trying to get social change done. We have seen like internal all hands or internal slack Microsoft teams, whatever it may be channels, which have become more political. So big companies such as monopolies that make an amazing amount of money by getting deeply involved in politics are much more likely than small ones to end up being bad for their business.
